Notes:

The E7 locomotive was the eighth in EMD's E Unit series of enclosed body covered wagon style passenger diesel engine electric locomotives. As the nose of the cab units was decidedly less slanted than those of earlier models, the E7 and later models were sometimes referred to as "bulldog nose" locomotives.
