With the glue in place on the car floor, add your wheels. Go for a random, scattered look.
When you have the load the way you want it, pour some additional white glue over the load. To help the glue flow over the wheels, spray a little isopropyl alcohol over the load.
You'll need to allow the glue to set at least overnight before trying to remove the load.
