Model Railroad Hobbyist Magazine

Respected modeler and producer of modeling videos Joe Fugate has announced a new internet magazine for model railroaders, Model Railroad Hobbyist. Joe is already known online for his model trains videos. He and his people have made what looks to be a very promising start in their new Model Railroad Hobbyist website. The magazine itself will be available as a series of free downloads. They are promising a sample issue soon, with the first full issue to be available in January of 2009.

The Model Railroad Hobbyist website also offers an online forum. Yes, there are already many online Model Railroad forums. Please don't forget that we have our own model railroad forum here on About.com. But with the many different artistic and engineering disciplines that model railroading entails there's room for lots of discussion. Why not stop into both forums and say hello?
